I Married a Squirrel from Outer Space: I've been working on creating humorous vintage horror movie posters for a while, but with squirrels as the unexpected villains or monsters. Why squirrels? I wanted a critter that would be the last thing anyone would expect to be a threat. After some pondering, I landed on squirrels - because let’s be honest, cute little kittens as villains would just be too obvious! When her husband came home, something else wore his face. Inspired by atomic-age invasion films, this retro sci-fi poster blends domestic paranoia with extraterrestrial terror. Dramatic typography and mid-century styling honour the drive-in era - with a mischievous squirrel twist. Perfect for lovers of alien invasion stories with a delightfully nutty twist. The folks at Zazzle have really done their research on skate decks. The board itself is of high quality, with nice curve. Printing is good; sharp, colour is vibrant. Haven't had an opportunity to see how well it will stand up to skating, but I have high hopes for it.
