I like the product except for a couple of issues, your software does not support underscores in email addresses, don't know why, your tech support person that i tried to tell about the problem attempted to blame me for something i had no control of, she basically said it was a mistake i did, sorry i dont think so, for that you get a big Fail too, your tech suport people should attempt to listen to what the customer is saying. look at coment above,
