The photo album is as described. The pictures and text that were added to the front, back and spine were as ordered. The process of adding pictures and changing colour, size and font of text was easy to edit when ordering the customized binder. The binder was sturdy making it easy to insert three-ring photo pages. The pockets on the inside of the binder cover were used to insert a disc of the pictures in the binder. The final product turned out great. the pictures and text were printed as shown in the edited preview copy when ordering. Even though there was a warning that one of the pictures may be fuzzy, it turned out to be fine. The product was ordered for a Christmas gift and the customized binder was completed and shipped in time for Christmas. It was appreciated as a personalized gift.

Personalized photo album of selected size was easily designed with text and photos for front, back and spine. Album was sturdy with pockets where DVDs or CDs could be added. Printing turned out well even though a warning was given that one of the submissions may be a problem with the size or quality.
