A classic circus scene with acrobats and men on a flying trapeze and people in the audience enjoying the show. About the artist: James Jacques Joseph Tissot (1836-1902) was a realist painter and had a reputation of painting elegantly dressed women of fashion shown in scenes of fashionable life.
