Spider Greeting Card

I was told this is a common house spider; but I have big doubts about that … I’ve never before seen one of these and haven’t seen one since. I spent close to an hour taking photos of this spider – and although I have a fear of spiders, I’m mesmerized by the apparent wolf image on this one’s back. The bright red legs with black and white stripes and the cute furry head all add together to pull me in. How is it possible to not love a creature this cool looking?
