Something Important Card

This is a card that is meant to be sent to all the doctors who missed an important diagnosis while you were under their care. It's important for doctors to learn from their mistakes, just like anybody else. When you finally have your final diagnosis, I'd like to kindly suggest sending a note to each doctor who failed to recognize it, refused to treat you or listen to you, or who misdiagnosed you. Enter your diagnosis and your name and send it off, preferably with information about your condition. By informing your past doctors, you are helping other patients to receive better care and helping the medical community to become better informed.
