I have ordered a few things over the years with no problems. This order was a mess. It showed up a week later then they said. Delayed in shipping, not zazzles fault. They did however ship it in an thin cardboard envelope and the invites not in any kind box, just open rubber banded, so the envelopes that were in there were damaged. Also short 8 envelopes and wet and krinkled (because were not packaged for shipping) had to go buy envelopes from a local store because they were a week later then told and had to get them out. You pay $80 for 30 invited and this is how they are treated. Disappointed this time Zazzle. On a positive note the invites were as ordered. No errors there.

Best feature is how customizable it is. We were able to incorporate our own graphics to best represent our wedding theme and colours. The card's sale price is good (less than $1.10 CAD each) and we got both sides printed. The quality of the paper surpasses our expectations; we are very happy with the thickness, texture and matte finish which makes it appear more professional than the standard thinner glossy postcard style that is so often used for wedding invitations these days. The print quality is good. The only thing we are not impressed by is with how dark the professional photographer's pictures printed. It is possible this is due to the original pictures and not necessarily the printing process, but they did print darker than anticipated.
