Solid Jade Green Celadon Favor Box

A unique colour used for ceramics once reserved for the Royals. My great Aunt and Uncle once had the largest antique store on the east cost. As a kid I remember countless hours spent dusting off all the treasures throughout the shop. I grew to love this awesome colour. I would see it on many of the glass items from dishes and serving plates to vases and odd things like chamber pots. It was used as a solid colour, a marble look and woven in with elaborate white artwork on pots and dishes.
