Snow On The Juniper Bush

This is the view from my bedroom window, of my neighbours wonderfully old house (sister to mine) of over 100 years old! Bob's juniper bushes were very overgrown, but looked simply amazing with the snow on them. One year a raccoon family made their home under the bushes and we could hear them snuffling about at night. The raccoon babies were so cute I forgave them for raiding my vegetable garden! I was sorry when he had the bushes back! Our neighbourhood in NW Denver is filled with lovely old homes- I wish I had time to illustrate them all!
