I won't tell you that someone (More than likely ME) screwed up on my order. So I was going to eat the order because I could not say it was my fault or DAZZLE's fault. Then I got a phone call from a REAL PERSON. Yes a real person. This guy told me he didn't care if I made a mistake, however they could have made an error and HE was going to FIX IT. He would reprocess my order and have it sent right away. 6 days later I had the right item, with the personalization intact. Oh yes, NO CHARGE for anything including the shipping and he told me to donate the first item to someone needed. 100% they satisfied me with their SERVICE. Thanks Rodger. GREAT.
