I ordered 5 bathmats total and two were flatter than the other 3 with one of them feeling like there was no memory foam in it. The other 3 mats feel great! I almost feel like I'm walking on the beach when I stand on this! I liked these so much I have one by my bed, one by my kitchen sink and one in the bathroom. Perfect match of the picture I submitted. These bathmats are so nice, especially under my bare feet!
