I was a bit disappointed when this arrived. It looked cheaper than my expectations given the price (it had some small chips in the black base). It was also a lot shorter than I imagined. My husband has a stainless steel traveler's mug, and I guess I was expecting it to be about the same/standard size that I see in stores. So I bought a short mug that says "size matters" to give to a man (father-in-law). I did not return it because my husband said it would due. We ended up buying him another gift to go along with it. Printing was fine...
