This stone coaster features legendary Hunkpapa Lakota Sioux Native American Indian chief, shaman, holy man and warrior, Sitting Bull, 1831-1890. This is a colorized version of the original photo created by David Francis Barry circa 1885. The original black and white photo is preserved in the permanent collection of the Library of Congress.

Custom sizing to an exact square allowed me to frame the photo perfectly for the ceramic coaster. There were all kinds of editing options for the images. Very fun to do and they look awesome. I made them as a gift but got a few doubly made for me! Really well done. I wanted the images dark with low contrast and saturated colours and they came out exactly as I hoped!
