Simple Math Hour - Minute Marker Watch

I was looking for a very simple and subtle yet life-affirming and proactive design, unfortunately didn't find it, and therefore became creative myself. The fractions replace the normal 12- or 24-hour display. The design is very simple due to the filigree lines. Terms like "in ten minutes" or "at quarter past three" often cause stress in children because they can't see the passage of time. I wanted to change that. I wanted to create a tool that not only tells children the time but gives them the feeling of being in control. That's how the rainbowatch© children's watch was born – not just as an accessory, but as a mobile learning system that accompanies your child through the day. What makes this watch so special? 1. The iconic color system The centerpiece is my patented color system. Each of the twelve hours has its own fixed color. That's crucial: Children often learn colors much earlier than complex number combinations. When you say, "We're leaving when the little hand is in the yellow field," your child understands immediately – without tears or time pressure. 2. The well-thought-out dial design I have consistently reduced the dial and optimized it for the needs of elementary school students. 24-hour display: In the inner ring, you'll find the numbers 13 to 24, so the afternoon doesn't pose any riddles. 60-minute division: Every single minute is marked, making it easier to read precisely. Clear separation: Hour and minute hands are clearly distinguished by color to rule out confusion. 3. More than just a watch: The learning set A rainbowatch© rarely comes alone.
