It's wonderful to be able to customize everything on the card. I went with a plain brown background and larger font size. I also bought the ultra-thick paper with the black core. The overall effect was that my business cards looked like they had been made using cardboard. Also, be wary of getting ultra-thick premium paper: a single business card is thicker than a credit card, so it's difficult to put a small stack in your wallet. Colors are quite similar to how they look online. The brown background was slightly darker and the cards look less glossy.
