I'm very pleased with the quality of this mug. The printing was sharp, colorful and looked just as it did online. The glaze is glossy inside and out and very beautiful. I only gave it a four start because of image placement. It looked just like online picture color-wise. I was surprised how well it represented original image. I did notice that the ship wheels sorta went on a minor slant downward as they went around mug instead of keeping on the horizontal line as in picture. And the wheels weren't centered vertically. But it was trivial and didn't bother me. It may have bothered a pickier person however.

Love this mug! Zazzle does such a GREAT job - it's shiny, and pretty, and really shows off the whimsical artwork extraordinarily well. You really can't tell how awesome it's going to be until you hold it in your hands. My new favourite mug! The printing was clear, sharp, and beautiful. Really showcased the artwork in true colours. Colors just as bright as shown on-line. Would be nice if the colour choices for interior & handle on the large mug were as many as on the smaller one.
