Fiona - This little lady and her 6 siblings are a product of an abandoned mom, and unwanted litter of pups. Mama and her babies were left behind to fend for themselves. Fiona's mom melted the heart of the family who rescued all of them. They adopted and spayed "Mama." Educating the community helps us break the cycle of abandoned and unwanted litters. I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
