Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon is one of Iceland’s most iconic natural wonders, located in the southeast near Vatnajökull National Park. The lagoon was formed as a result of the retreating Breiðamerkurjökull glacier, part of the vast Vatnajökull ice cap.
