Scottish Ross Clan Balnagown Castle Tote Bag

The clan name - Ross Clan - is printed at the top in a strong script font in deep blue. "Balnagown Castle" is printed at the bottom of the photo in a sans serif font in a pale pink to coordinate with the colour of the castle walls Balnagown Castle, the former seat of the Earls of Ross, was a derelict castle in 1972 when Egyptian businessman Mohamed Al-Fayed purchased and restored it at great expense. As a private residence, the strcture is NOT open to the public, however, the gardens sometimes are. They are listed in the Inventory of Gardens and Designed Landscapes in Scotland. The property was in the Ross family from King Robert until the 20th century.. It is located north of Inverness, Scotland, near the village of Kildary and the banks of Cromarty Firth.
