Scottish Clan MacLean Tartan Scottish Coffee Mug

Now this is a well made product. I would like to see an option for Royal Blue for coloring the handle and inside the cup made available in future. My clans are Clan MacLean and Smith respectfully. Both are Highland Clans who supported the Jacobite cause under Bonnie Prince Charlie and fought at Culloden Moore in 1746. I ordered "Brutus," as we have nic-named him, with the Navy Blue option because it was the closest I could get to "Jacobite," or, as it is known now as, "Royal Blue." We would like to see "Brutus" on a wider range of products. "If you make it, we will order" Yes I have ordered and recieved the Brutus t-shirts in Jacobite blue. Time to step up and earn that fifth star. Brutus was a hit! The design was great on the ceramic coffee cup, but was a little dark and a bit undersized on the travel mug, (I ordered both) the color probably due to the effect of the stainless steel, (Travel mug.) Otherwise it looked great and I liked the custom options available. Perhaps an option of brutus with a Jacobite (Royal) Blue bonnet. You could only offer that for the Clans listed in the Clan Chattan Confederation though. or Clans listed as having taken part in the Great battle at Culloden Moore Smith having fought as a protectorate Clan under Clan MacPherson; but they were there and did their part, no less.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..

Nana is going to love this gift from her granddaughter! Good quality mug. Photos turned out good, colours are true as expected!
