The poster was surprisingly low-quality. Obviously I could have gotten a higher-cost type of paper, but other "poster paper" items I own are better and I wanted the semi-gloss. In addition, even though I ordered the custom size and frame that were recommended, the poster is too big for the frame and portions of the image are basically chopped off. It looked as though the image was printed twice? A little off one time lighter and than again over that. Basically the edges of the image look poor and pixelated. Again, I ordered the custom size recommended so I expected a sharper image.

Poster is printed clearly, good quality . Inclusive of many prints . The shipping was the problem. Box was flimsy and item got bent.. only suggestion would have been to put in a canister or mark fragile. Printing was exactly as shown
