Schrodinger wave equation coffee mug

The mug arrived on time and was packed very well to prevent damage during shipping. However... I suspect that I am not the first to point this out but the equation is incorrect. The triangle preceding the right parenthesis is upside down. This character should be printed with the pointy end down and it should be raised to the power of two (i.e.squared). In mathematics, an upside down triangle that is squared is called the Laplacian operator and is shorthand for a longer partial differential equation that operates on the wave function (greek letter psi). You should check Wikipedia before offering novelty mugs that include math. I did not notice this error before purchasing but now think that the mistake is hilarious! Aside for the humorous error, the mug was printed beautifully. Please let me know if you correct the math error and I may purchase the corrected version and have a nice set.

I got this for my best friend who is going to grad school for computational chemistry because this equation was the backbone of our pchem II class, which brought us closer than ever. And he's a coffee lover, so it worked out swimmingly, I think. Love this mug. Fits in the drink holder in his car, keeps the coffee warm, and it's sturdy. The printing was evenly spaced, large, straight, and clear.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
