A basic mug, no problems so far! The handle is a little uneven, or maybe upside down, but that doesn't interfere with functionality. The detail in the illustration came through really well. The printing doesn't stand out physically from the finish, which is nice for people with texture issues.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
