Saxophone Music Bar Mitzvah Invitation

I ordered the saxophone invitations, response card, and thank you cards. The card stock was nice and thick. I liked how you could change the corners of the cards to round or straight. I preferred the round for a softer look. The cards were very easy to design and change or add wording to. Nice choice of colors to choose from for the print. I had read the reviews regarding the problems with expedited shipping so I ordered early. I paid for regular shipping and everything arrived within the scheduled time frame. I had to call customer service once regarding help with changing the color and was on hold for maybe 5 minutes. Customer service was very helpful and they followed up with e-mail to make sure everything was ok. I have received texts and phone calls from friends telling me that they love the invitations! Never had that happen before! The design on the product was exactly as pictured and the printing was nice and clear. My only suggestion to the company would be to offer free samples. It is nerve wracking when you design something yourself and you can't see how it looks or feels physically. I started off by ordering one of everything that I had designed so that I could see what it looked like and felt like before ordering all of them. Kind of a bummer to pay for what is basically a sample, and pay for shipping for that as well. Other than that my overall experience was very positive and I feel confident ordering from them again.

The customization process is relatively easy and user friendly. So many beautiful design choices to choose from. The quality of the paper and the printing was beyond my expectations. I received the product within 4 days of placing my order. I was amazed at how fast it arrived.

The quality of the product was great and it arrived in a timely manner. Zazzle was great to deal with. I would definitely use them again. The design and colors came out great. The print quality was excellent. I love that you could customize it. I am thrilled with this product .
