This item was supposed to be a special gift. It never has arrived. Tracking shows anticipated delivery date of 12/12 but it never arrived and no confirmed delivery has been sent to my email.
Very disappointing.
If this is lost somewhere I need a refund. All of my other orders except this one and one other have been delivered.
