Saint Francis of Assisi Square Sticker

St. Francis of Assisi rejected everything about his affluent life and took to the streets to preach the Gospel. That's pretty much all you need to know about his story. He was so effective at living out the Gospel that people often call him a "second Christ." He lived in caves, built huts, preached in towns, and quickly attracted followers. I wonder if I would follow him... To fully deny ourselves and reject all in favour of Christ is the greatest challenge for all believers. God manifested himself in this peaceful man, becoming one with nature, and purportedly preaching to birds and taming a great wolf. I would have loved to hear him preach. St. Francis, pray for us that we may hear whatever message Jesus has for our hearts today.
