Well made, soft texture to the hard cover, nicely printed. Easy opening binder. Logo I placed on back was a bit larger than I expected, but ok. It actually arrived early, which normally isn't a problem but it was sent to a cabin that we had not yet closed on, so the former owner was kind enough to hold on to it for me until we got there from out of state. Printing turned out great and looked as I expected it to look.
