First of all, your customer service people were great! I called several times and they were very helpful and had great suggestions. I started the process on 3/22 for a bridal shower on 4/25. however, when i submitted my order, the review process sent it back, concerned that the writing was overlapping at the bottom. This was a good thing, because it was not showing on my copy. so i cancelled the order and re-submitted it. Again, the review team sent it back saying the printing was not dark enough to be read. Spoke with your CS people and again - very helpful - in fact, they upgraded me to 2 day shipping. Perfect. but i have a PO box, and they sent it to my house address - through USPS. The USPS sent it back as 'Undeliverable Address". time was passing and it was now March 30th.(tuesday) Called again and you CS people - again - great - and promised they would send it overnight and i would have it by Thursday, April 1st. but it did not come until April 6th!!! very late for the shower on the 25th!! so I sent it out immediately. But after all that - the review team missed the spelling error on the invitation!! RSPV - not RSVP!! So embarrassing!! other than that, the invitations came out beautiful. (which is why i lowered the stars). Colors and image were beautiful - unfortunately, there was a spelling error that was not caught in the 3 times the review team sent it back.

The quality is outstanding. It is so adorable and perfect. Looks exactly as pictured. Can’t wait to send them out! the printing is extremely crisp and clear. Very impressed with the quality

Best feature is how customizable it is. We were able to incorporate our own graphics to best represent our wedding theme and colours. The card's sale price is good (less than $1.10 CAD each) and we got both sides printed. The quality of the paper surpasses our expectations; we are very happy with the thickness, texture and matte finish which makes it appear more professional than the standard thinner glossy postcard style that is so often used for wedding invitations these days. The print quality is good. The only thing we are not impressed by is with how dark the professional photographer's pictures printed. It is possible this is due to the original pictures and not necessarily the printing process, but they did print darker than anticipated.
