The invites themselves were great, exactly what I expected but I really have to rave about the customer service. The invites were accidentally shipped to the wrong address, the system confused my apartment number for my street number. When I noticed they had been delivered to the the wrong address I called somewhat frantic as I had a timeline that these needed to be sent out to the guests by. The customer service rep was SO helpful, she immediately expedited a new order which was delivered 18 hours later at no additional cost to me. I would absolutely use zazzle again in the future. print quality was great!

Best feature is how customizable it is. We were able to incorporate our own graphics to best represent our wedding theme and colours. The card's sale price is good (less than $1.10 CAD each) and we got both sides printed. The quality of the paper surpasses our expectations; we are very happy with the thickness, texture and matte finish which makes it appear more professional than the standard thinner glossy postcard style that is so often used for wedding invitations these days. The print quality is good. The only thing we are not impressed by is with how dark the professional photographer's pictures printed. It is possible this is due to the original pictures and not necessarily the printing process, but they did print darker than anticipated.
