Rustic Bloom Wedding Website Cards | Mini

I ordered the mini business card, and when they arrived, the bottom half of the graphic was cut off. They were not how it shows them in the mini business card picture. I talked to customer service to ask if they could be re-sent but centred this time, and she informed me that it's not possible. The mini size is a certain dimension, and the graphic cannot be changed from the regular business card size (i.e. if the graphic in the regular size is not exactly centred, the mini will not be centred either). Also, differently from how it looks in the photo online, for the kraft paper business cards, the text is shadowed in white. It looks ok, but it's not how I expected them. I gave the product two stars as the paper and the colours are nice.
