Here's an easy RSVP card. On the back I've created a place to write an invitation number. I did a spreadsheet for my wedding that indicated an invite number and then wrote that number on the back of the RSVP card so when the card comes back without a name on it, you will know who that invite was sent to.

The response cards are beautiful! I was able to work off of an existing sample from Zazzle and add additional text. I was worried that it wouldn’t be aligned properly, but they are exactly as I saw them online. The colour and texture of the response card is really nice. The quality is really good I was so surprised. I wasn’t crazy about the envelopes because they are a little see through, but I ordered envelops on Amazon. Simple solution that worked out great. Their customer service and prices are excellent!
