This lovely Rose Wreath design is a reprint of vintage embroidery. The original design was created by William Morris, a famous British textile designer in the mid and late 1800s. The flowering peach and pink rose bush is surrounded by light green oak leaves woven into a decorative floral and leafy pattern against a tealish blue background. The image is not actually embroidered or textile but is a flat reprint of the design. This public domain image is made available courtesy of the Smithsonian Museum.
