We've titled this line of notebooks for writers "Writing Life" to complement the series of sketch books for artists that we've named "Sketching Life." Our 8.5 x 11 inch lined paper notebooks are perfect for those times when inspiration calls, but you don't have time to open a new document on your computer. This notebook is in the luxe tradition of rose gold brushed metal with a top border of sparkly rose gold blush glitter. You can easily personalize with your name on the template... and if you wish to keep the swashes at either end of your name, it's best to use lower case letters for the elegant script typography and NOT delete the little boxes that will turn into those pretty flowing swashes.

Although the product is what I expected (it's a notebook), the packaging for delivery was done poorly, and the notebook arrived bent, enough so that I am not comfortable giving it as the gift it was intended to be. The quality of the picture and design is lovely, but again, because it arrived bent, it is rather skewed.

This journal came in within a week of ordering it and I was thrilled! I love roses so I love having this journal. The size is perfect. Small enough to throw in a bag. The printing is clear. The pages are nice and thick. The binding is sturdy. The printing is a little darker than the photo on screen but that is expected with printing. It looks luxurious to me. I love deep red roses.
