Roscoe Chandler, proprietor, of Froglick, Tennessee opened his unusual eatery back in 1963 with time-tested recipes such as Racoon Ratatouille, Potluck Opposum, and Skunk Skillet Surprise. Roscoe recommends his Squirrel Stew, a favourite of all ages. Like the slogan says, "We serve everything but the tire tracks!" Located on State Route 241, just past Garner's Funeral Home in Froglick, Tennessee.
