I ordered a poster that arrived on time but was blurry. I called one of your associates who was so helpful. She said she would find a similar picture, and transfer the words to that poster, such thing I didn't know you could do. The next morning I was able to see in my account 4 examples to choose from. The Roots poster is the one I chose. I also needed it quickly, and it was delivered on time. Thanks so much for your excellent staff. The coloring and printing were great.

The shipping was the problem. Box was flimsy and item got bent.. only suggestion would have been to put in a canister or mark fragile. Printing was exactly as shown
