I ordered the archival heavyweight paper (matte) and was disappointed that the paper did not seem to be heavy at all. Just unrolling and rolling it back up could easily wrinkle the paper. I wish it was mentioned somewhere before I ordered of how thick the paper was. The print turned out nice. I started with a design template and did some customization myself (picking fonts, changing the image on top, etc.) The customization process was easy and user-friendly. Because I uploaded my own image, I was worried that it would come out pixelated which didn't turn out to be true. I liked the printing quality just fine.
