Romani Gypsy Woman Dancing (by Albert Edelfelt) Pillowcase

This design features a painting by the Finnish-Swedish artist Albert Edelfelt (1854–1905). It depicts a Romani gypsy woman in a traditional red dress as she dances to flamenco music. The scene was captured when the artist visited Granada in Spain, where Sacromonte is home to a large Romani gypsy community. The dancer has flowers in her hair. The original artwork was painted by Albert Edelfelt in 1881.
