Cuddle up in style like a Roman patrician in this elegant Sherpa fleece blanket featuring the legendary symbol and the official emblem of Rome: the Capitoline She-Wolf and the acronym S.P.Q.R. displayed in the centre of the blanket. They are still in use in Rome after 2800 years since the founding of "the Eternal City. " S.P.Q.R. stands for Senatus Populus que Romanus which means "The Senate and the Roman People." The vertical golden chains are decorative motifs of Etruscan origin, very popular during the Roman Empire.
