This Retro Urban Rooftop Party Stretched Canvas Print is intoxicating in its detail. The cartoon design features the type of wildly sophisticated cocktail party that is normally only seen in movies from the 1960s. There is a lot for the partygoers to take in. From the comfort of a penthouse apartment, guests are enjoying the view and the ambiance. The lighting sets the mood and we are able to see the darkened silhouettes of an attractive couple dancing the cha-cha. On the floor, there is a purple, portable, record player at the feet of the dancing couple. Several albums have been scattered nearby. Even with the dimmed lighting that makes practically everything in the room appear in shades of purple, blue and black, we can tell that everyone is dressed to the nines. Behind the dancing, indoor couple, there is a gentleman in a black suit holding a martini glass. He is talking to a dark haired beauty who is standing near one of the floor to ceiling glass walls. From a lampstand, a single bulb is casting a romantic glow on the scene. The only thing missing is the lampshade. Hmm... Where is the shade? It's on the head of a tipsy man who has taken the party outside to the orange rooftop. He's clearly got some fine dance moves and he isn't afraid to show them to the world! His companion is a shapely, blonde woman in a bright pink dress. Her back is arched as she throws back her martini in an uninhibited fashion. Beyond the party, there is a breathtaking teal skyline, complete with skyscrapers and a purple sky. If this is how the other half lives, sign me up!
