I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 12 year old grand-daughter who has become very interested in cooking. She'd been usung a spiral notebook to write down her favorite recipes and used tabs to designate each category. I thought this would be a great gift for her and I inserted pages of dividers with tabs, 3-hole notepaper and pocket dividers. I can't wait to see her expresson on Christmas day. I was satisfied with the overall quality.
