The romantic picture on this greting card is a heart shaped burning candle candle. This original illustration was inspired when I was watching a red candle melt down. I painted the candle heart shaped and I painted red heart shaped wax melting down the side of the candle, the little droplets of heart shaped wax are falling into heart shaped pools of wax just below the candle. The vibrant red heart candle has a small flickering flame that's burning in a gentle blue, orange and red colour. I titled the original water-colour illustration "Bleeding Love." You'll find this red candle image on gift wrapping paper in my wrapping paper category and matching gift tags in the gift tag catagory.
