Inspired by a conversation about joke prayer candles, artist Eugene Huffman designed this candle for writer & amateur cook, Tess Rafferty. Our friends enjoyed the image so much, they requested a candle of their own, and so we thought, why not design other merchandise and have it benefit a charity while we're at it? All proceeds from sales of the Our Lady of Recipes & Resistance merch will go to True Colours United, an organization dedicated to meeting the needs of homeless LGBTQ youth.

I was actually surprised by the quality. The material feels like it can handle the wash and the print seems to be set deep in the fibers. BUT I have not washed it yet. The printing was accurate and looks like it can handle washing.
