reading railroad locomotive fp7 number 903 is seeing here in the woods near Doylestown, Pennsylvania. the reading company was an early adopter of diesel locomotives and the fp7, which could pull passenger or freight trains proves to be a very versatile locomotive. the fact that this 1950 era locomotive has survived long shows how well it was built. it is jointly owned by the reading railroad historical society and the national railway historical society Philadelphia chapter.
