On a family vacation in Michigan, less than half way up the dunes at Sleeping Bear, we all decided it was too hot, too hard, and definitely not worth the effort to continue. We turned around and headed happily back to the car. See boys, I said, there's a lesson here: "If you're going to quit--quit early". We all laughed at my profoundity.
