On hand = 10mg/2mL
INDUCTION: Adult Protocol Dose = systolic BP 100+mmHg give 10mg / systolic BP <100mmHg give 5mg
Pediatric Protocol Dose = 0.2mg/kg not to exceed adult dose.
SEDATION: Adult Protocol Dose = 2.5 - 5mg if systolic BP 100+mmHg
Pediatric Protocol Dose = 0.1mg/kg maximum dose 2.5mg
