Queen's Head in Yehliu Geopark in Taipei Taiwan Postcard
The Queen's Head is a famous rock formation located in Yehliu Geopark, which is situated on the north coast of Taiwan. The formation is so called because it resembles the head of a queen, complete with a crown. The rock is made of sandstone, and it stands at a height of about 3 metres (10 feet) and has a circumference of about 7.5 metres (25 feet).
The Queen's Head is the result of years of erosion by wind, waves, and rain, which has created this unique and interesting rock formation. Over time, the rock has been sculpted into the shape of a human head, with a slender neck and a crown-like formation on the top.
