Loved it -however I purchased the wrong size. Imagine my surprise when I sent an e-mail stating I needed a larger size due to my error and that I would be happy to pay for a larger size. No questions asked by your company. And much to my surprise and delight, they sent me a larger size WITHOUT charging me. Very rare.
