The product was a bit of a challenge to order. The on-line instructions weren't entirely useful.
With some help from people who are more computer-savvy than I am, we had to figure out how to work through the many steps to get the product to look like I wanted. At one point, I was told that the image that I had uploaded was somewhat unclear; however, there were no directions as to how to make it more sharp. And so, the finished piece was printed a little blurry. Your system should've been able to correct this and provided me with a sharper end product.
In any case, I'm using the item because I haven't been able to find anything else to replace it.
