Putin: War Criminal ("The Face of a War Criminal") T-Shirt

"The Face of a War Criminal" (February 24, 2022) - otherwise known as "Putin: War Criminal" - depicts a work of hybrid poetry produced on the day of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The front shows an iconic depiction of Putin above a Russian description (that translates as "Putin: War Criminal") and the rear shows the following Artist's Statement (noted below). Ceci n'est pas une pipe (This is not a pipe) – it is a depiction of the face of Vladimir Putin mocked-up to appear like it is on a poster identifying him as a War Criminal … because he is a War Criminal. Note: War Crimes committed by Putin to date include 'Willful killing, or causing great suffering or serious injury to body or health', 'Unlawful wanton destruction or appropriation of property', 'Unlawful deportation, confinement or transfer', 'Taking hostages', 'Directing attacks against civilians' and 'Murder, cruel or degrading treatment and torture'.
