Purple Shades White Wave Photo Template Staff ID Badge
An exquisite purple shades vertical wave is demarcated by a white wave curve.
Over at the top of the badge, is a photo template which can hold photos measuring 1,000 x 1,000 pix. Below the photo, in a white column stripe lies your prestigious name and job title. Towards the base lies an optional healthcare logo, which you may use.
Overleaf, in a white cover, the healthcare logo is at the top. The logo can be replaced with a photo measuring 1,000 x 1,000 pix, if you so wish. Just below the logo is a caption "If lost return to", change the caption description to suit your service needs. After this, comes your prestigious name, job title, contact details and a slogan to publicize your services.
